Resolves YES if: Tesla delivers at least one new-generation Roadster to a paying customer (not a demo, test, or event car) by 11:59 PM CT on December 31, 2028, confirmed by Tesla or major news coverage (Reuters, Bloomberg, Electrek, etc) Resolves NO if: No customer delivery is confirmed by that deadline.
